Privacy overview

Court Finder is a venue directory product. Before email-backed saved lists or live feedback submissions go fully live, the public site needs a published privacy policy, a monitored contact method, and a documented deletion process.

The policy should explain what data is collected, why it is collected, how long it is retained, where it is stored, and whether venue context uses third-party sources such as Google Places or source organization pages.

This current release uses device-local storage for saved venues and local Tip Jar drafts. When the moderated inbox goes live, this page should be upgraded with the exact processor list, retention windows, and the contact address for privacy requests.
