Terms overview

Before broader launch, the site should publish terms covering acceptable use, content ownership, third-party data sources, linkouts to Google Maps and venue websites, and a clear disclaimer that venue details can change without notice.

Because parent tips and future Tip Jar submissions may include user-generated content, the terms should reserve moderation rights and explain that submissions may be edited, summarized, delayed, or removed.

This page now establishes the expected subject matter. It should still be finalized with counsel or a vetted template before email-backed features and public UGC go live in production.
