WV volleyball venues

West Virginia's volleyball community is centered on Charleston and Huntington, with the state connecting to the wider Mid-Atlantic and Appalachian regional circuits.

The Charleston Civic Center and sports facilities in the Kanawha Valley area host state-level and regional events. West Virginia clubs participate in the Mid-Atlantic regional circuit alongside Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky programs. The Morgantown area, home to West Virginia University, adds event capacity in the northern part of the state.

West Virginia's mountain terrain means tournament travel between cities can take longer than straight-line distances suggest — plan driving times with the mountain road factor in mind. Weather in the eastern mountains can include snow through April for venues at higher elevations.
